Twin Air Powerflow Kit

In cooperation with several off road race teams and riders Twin Air has developed high-performance intake kits for most of today’s popular off road bikes. The improved kits create more open space within the airbox to optimize airflow into the engine which translates directly to more power. Every Twin Air filter is constructed from two layers of open-pore foam which are bonded together to provide maximum filtration and superior airflow. A coarse-foam outer shell is flame laminated with a fine-foam inner core, resulting in a one-piece design that is both functional and durable. Twin Air filters are also designed to increase air volume around the filter to improve airflow into the intake. More air means more power for your engine. Flow bench tests have proven that Twin Air filters provide increased airflow while reducing the filters tendency to clog. • 2-stroke kits include a Twin Air filter and a rigid, lightweight, billet aluminum cage that replaces the flimsy plastic stock cage and provides a tight seal to the airbox
• 4-stroke kits replace the air-restricting stock backfire screen with a special backfire-resistant layer of foam laminated to the inside of the filter
• Dual stage filter with filter cage
• Coarse, outer open-pore foam catches airborne dirt, grime and sand
• Fine open-pore inner foam acts as a second filter to trap the smallest particles while ensuring maximum air passage
