Every product distributed through CG ATV & UTV Parts Shop carries the standard limited warranty issued directly by the manufacturing brand. As an authorized supplier, we facilitate these claims to replace components suffering from proven material anomalies or execution flaws.
Coverage Scope Parameters
Protection coverage periods vary significantly based on component categories and distinct brand rules:
- Premium mechanical assets, such as structural suspension lift kits and control A-arms, are typically protected against physical weld failures or distortion under normal structural usage parameters.
- High-clearance body protective items, including Seizmik hard coated windshields and poly roof assemblies, are protected against early discoloration, structural cracking, or processing flaws under factory parameters.
- Heavy duty powertrain systems, including full-system Big Gun slip-on exhaust systems, are warrantied against core internal baffling degradation, omitting normal superficial exterior discoloration caused by trail mud or severe heat exposure.
Explicit Exclusions
Warranties cover material defects and do not insure against field failures resulting from severe outdoor use. The following parameters invalidate protection coverage instantly:
- Normal wear and tear factors, including friction loss on specialized sintered brake pads or tread wear sustained by mud tires under daily road operation.
- Damage generated by rolling occurrences, deep submersion, structural collision, or modifications executed outside standard factory configuration guidelines.
- Improper installation methods that deviate from standard mechanical specifications outlined in the SAE International database. All fasteners must be torqued precisely to OEM parameters.
Claim Processing Step Architecture
Follow these steps to file a formal structural claim for tracking evaluation:
Compile Records
Gather your e-commerce receipt layout, vehicle identifiers (year, model, make), and crisp high-resolution images detailing the component failure area.
File Support Ticket
Submit all compiled diagnostics through our active administrative Contact page hub to open a formal inspection file.
Logistics Routing
Once cleared, route the package via the FedEx network or UPS shipment portal back to our warehouse for final factory processing.
