We want your off-road machine tracking properly with the right fitment configurations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order layout, we accept returns within 30 days from delivery on items that meet our standard structural return criteria.
Standard Return Criteria
To qualify for an e-commerce credit or payment card refund, items returned to our domestic US facilities must satisfy these operational constraints:
- Items must be entirely unused, clean, uninstalled, and free from trail grease, installation marks, or scrape damage.
- Items must remain enclosed within their original factory brand boxes containing all initial protection materials, component bags, and product document inserts.
- Critical hardware fields, including specific electronic assemblies, high-cranking sealed trail batteries, and modified vehicle setups are ineligible for return once opened.
Fulfillment Step Architecture
Follow these steps to ship parts back to our distribution points for evaluation processing:
Submit Request
Visit our secure Contact page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) token code.
Secure Package
Pack your uninstalled parts (like heavy duty Seizmik windshield sets) into their original outer shipping structures.
Dispatch Freight
Affix your generated label and route the freight package via the UPS shipment portal or FedEx drop points.
Ineligible Products & Shipping Charges
Original commercial shipping fees are strictly non-refundable. Unless an item arrived due to a warehouse inventory processing error, the customer handles return shipping costs. We suggest acquiring tracking codes when dispatching expensive freight, such as full-system Big Gun Evo R exhaust systems or multi-terrain off-road tire sets.
Evaluation Tracking & Refund Windows
Once your package arrives at our central receiving point, our logistics team inspects the parts to verify condition integrity. Refunds are processed back to your original payment platform within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.
