Morimoto 4Banger HXB LED Pods – Linkable

Morimoto takes off road lighting to the next level with their 4Banger LED Pods. Everything from the hardware to the brackets all the way to the wiring has been considered and designed with performance, reliability and style in mind. The white-output version is ideal for all-around visibility. For those who desire optimal output in rain, snow, or fog–the Yellow-output version will bring clarity no matter the weather. Morimoto has opted for Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs that produce yellow light at the origin, which is the most effective way to penetrate through particles in the air without compromising output.

Looking for a street legal option? When aimed properly, the Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 standards for an auxiliary high beam. If you’re looking for a high-performance street-legal LED pod to use as a fog light both the NCS and HXB Wide beam models are SAE J583 compliant for use as a street legal fog light.

HXB COMBO BEAM:

The HXB Combo beam is a great mid-range option for those looking for a good blend of width and range. The 8H x 4V oval hot spot with a 10V degree spread at the beam center has been perfectly tuned to produce an ideal flood beam.

HXB SPOT BEAM:

Illuminates far into the distance bringing light to the darkest paths. Comes with Osram LEDs, which in combination with the HXB LED optics produce a beam pattern capable of penetrating up to 800 meters into your future. No matter the speed, you’ll never outrun your ability to see with the 4Banger HXB Spots.

HXB WIDE BEAM:

Illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle. The HXB Optics feature dual axis control. One for width and another for active hot spot control to project peak intensity right along the top of the beam pattern. The proper vertical gradient and powerful Osram HX Boost LEDs make this option one of the brightest SAE-Compliant fog light pods on the market. The 4Banger HXB Wide beam delivers the best combination of width, intensity, and control.

Each set of Morimoto 4Banger LED pods includes a set of pedestal mounts for universal fitment. Morimoto also offers a variety of application-specific mounting bracket kits for fog lights and A-Pillars that make them bolt-on for many vehicles.
